Partnering with Ogden Architects, Mount St Projects managed the intricate process of modernising the property’s rear elevation while strictly adhering to planning guidelines and lawful development parameters. The scope centered around enhancing natural light and thermal efficiency through the installation of custom external doors and advanced fenestration on the non-street-facing facade. Additionally, the project required a seamless, like-for-like replacement of the existing roof coverings. This essential structural work was expertly integrated with new, high-performance rooflights to elevate the interior ambiance without compromising the building’s original architectural character.
